I couldn't agree more, MaryBeth. I really like Facebook and twitter and Linked In because I can start or maintain relationships with MORE people at once. But the only way to strengthen those relationships in a meaningful way is face-to-face interaction. I think that's why the "tweet up" phenomenon started. People wanted to meet the people they converse with on twitter. You just can't deny the impact of human contact. Sounds like a fun session at Leaderfest!

I attended yesterday's New North Event, hosted by Alex and Bob. The panel discussion was very informative. I agree, we're lucky to have such phenomenal resources here in the New North area.
I'm much like MaryBeth. The idea of writing a business plan can seem daunting, but knowing that there are people available to help make it the best it can be is reassuring.
